Matthew is an experienced workplace investigator with extensive experience and training in undertaking and case managing workplace investigations, conducting child protection audits, managing risk and delivering code of conduct presentations, as well as advising senior executives on industrial, ethical and professional standards issues.
Matthew acts with integrity, communicates effectively, thinks and solves problems and delivers results. Matthew is also personable, goal oriented and leads by example with a very strong work ethic and a high degree of commitment. Matthew has the ability and drive to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with senior management, colleagues and with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the best possible outcomes are achieved.
Matthew has had 20 years investigations experience working in the NSW Government Sector. Some of the government departments Matthew has worked for include:
