Nicole is a highly experienced People and Culture/HR professional and leader with a rich skill set spanning from investigations and grievances, establishing systems and processes, cultural reviews, project management, injury management and a trusted partner in developing strategic organisational goal. She has extensive operational human resources experience bringing together change management, negotiation and combines her people skills with her logical and practical approach to workplace issues.

Nicole specialises in complex investigations in technical environments. She is methodical and evidenced-based in her approach and is meticulous in sense-checking the facts she is presented with. She is compassionate, responsive and builds excellent rapport which allows her to de-escalate emotion surrounding the investigation process and provide an independent and considered outcome. She can hold the best interests of all parties and the organisation in her mind as she works through complex issues.

Nicole has approached every role with a holistic business focus, believing that she is best able to support the people within an organisation if she understands how it works. She has provided strategic development support in a diverse range of areas including rostering optimisation, restructure and working with unions and staff to develop best practice organisational outcomes.  She also has experience in mental health first aid, managing work and non-work-related injury or illness matters.  

Nicole has worked across large NSW government agencies with diverse cultures and is able to communicate challenging information to personnel at all levels of authority and qualification. She has strong professional boundaries and her commitment to professional etiquette has significantly impacted the quality of her relationships and the culture of the organisations where she has worked.
