Jackie graduated (with Honours) in European Law & Languages (French & Spanish) from the University of the West of England, Bristol in 1994 and was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1996.
Following her admission, Jackie relocated to Sydney to continue working as a solicitor, specialising in personal injury and commercial litigation. Jackie spent almost 6 years in this role, during which period she was admitted as a Solicitor in NSW, before deciding to pursue a career in legal recruitment in late 2002. Her experience in that field make Jackie particularly talented at matching personality types and understanding the basis for interpersonal conflict amongst colleagues. This skill set aids in assessing interpersonal conflict and personality clashes which underpin complaints and grievances Jackie’s services are available as a third-party independent participant or to provide oversight of government recruitment and selection process.
Jackie is an expert legal recruiter, her expertise is of particular utility in assessing requirements in recruitment and selection processes by government departments and recommendations regarding compliance. She is invaluable in assisting Senior Consultants during investigations and provides assistance in witness co-ordination and interviewing.
