Natalie has extensive HR experience across multiple industries and highly regulated sectors. Throughout her career she has been responsible for providing advice and solutions on diverse aspects of industrial relations and employee relations matters.
Natalie specialises in workplace investigations and managing grievances and disputes. She has conducted investigations involving a broad range of matters such as bullying, sexual harassment, fraud, theft and physical assault.
She has also assisted organisations to undertake cultural reviews for workplaces, in particular the complexities of large remote workforces.
Natalie is a skilled communicator who has extensive experience working closely with senior stakeholders and maintaining professional relationships with relevant third parties, including unions, to ensure effective operations and successful negotiations. She has a people- centric approach and is risk aware.
