Jessica is an experienced employment lawyer and workplace investigator in the public and private sector.
Jessica has 10+ years’ experience as a solicitor and has a particular focus on employment law and workplace investigations. She has delivered training presentations and workshops on appropriate workplace behaviour, new workplace policies, conducting workplace investigations and performance reviews. Jessica has also guided employers in implementing whistleblower training and policies and has experience in undertaking workplace culture reviews.
Jessica has extensive experience in conducting workplace investigations including those into sexual harassment, conflict of interest, fraud, bullying and retaliation and established and managed a team of investigators at a large law firm. Jessica also has experience in advising on whistleblower programs and the handling of complaints under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 (Cth).
Jessica also regularly advises on director’s duties and board behaviour.
